As part of its digital transformation, the bank sought to improve its internal training platform, giving employees easier access to upcoming sessions, personalized recommendations, and a clearer way to explore the full catalog.
I led a focused Design Sprint with the teams to define the right solution, then designed an immersive Figma prototype to validate the experience and ensure a more engaging, autonomous learning journey for all employees.
